Research Use Policy

What we sell, what we never claim, who may buy, and the responsibilities that come with a research chemical. Read this before ordering — placing an order means you accept it.

Summary

Everything PureX Bio sells is a research chemical for laboratory use only. Not for human or veterinary use. No therapeutic claims. No dosing guidance. Buyers must be 21+ and purchasing for legitimate research.

1. What we sell

PureX Bio LLC is a chemical supplier. We source and distribute lyophilised synthetic peptides and related compounds as research chemicals, sold for in-vitro and preclinical laboratory investigation only.

We are not a pharmacy, a compounding facility, a drug manufacturer, a supplement brand, or a healthcare provider. No product sold on this site is approved by the FDA for any use in humans or animals, and no product is offered to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent or mitigate any disease, or to affect the structure or function of the body.

2. Not for human or veterinary use

Products are not for human consumption, animal consumption, injection, ingestion, topical application, clinical use, diagnostic use, or any therapeutic purpose. They may not be resold, repackaged or relabelled for any of those purposes.

Purchasing a compound from PureX Bio does not grant permission, licence or encouragement to administer it to any person or animal.

3. No therapeutic claims, no dosing guidance

Product pages describe compounds in chemical and research terms only: sequence class, molecular characteristics, published research context, purity specification, quantity per vial and lot documentation.

We do not publish or supply human dosing, dose ranges, administration routes, cycles, stacks, reconstitution volumes for human use, before-and-after results, personal-experience testimonials, or any statement that a compound produces a health outcome. Our support team cannot provide that information on request, by email, by phone or by text.

Customer reviews published on this site are limited to sourcing, documentation, packaging and service. Reviews describing research outcomes or personal results are not published.

4. Who may buy

Orders are accepted from purchasers who are 21 years of age or older and who are buying for legitimate laboratory research, whether at an institution, a commercial laboratory, or an independent research setting.

At checkout every buyer must affirm their age, their research purpose, and that the material will not be used in humans or animals. We may decline or cancel any order, and may require institutional details, where the stated purpose is inconsistent with research use.

5. Handling and buyer responsibility

The purchaser is responsible for safe receipt, storage, handling, labelling and disposal of the material in line with their own institutional and jurisdictional requirements, and for confirming that each lot meets their own specification before use. Lot-specific certificates of analysis are published in the COA library for that purpose.

Compounds must be handled by personnel competent to work with research chemicals, under appropriate controls, and must remain labelled for research use.

6. State, national and import rules

Federal rules are only one layer. State requirements differ, and the rules that apply to an institution, a licensed facility or an individual are not the same. Cross-border shipments are subject to the customs and import rules of the destination country, and a compound that ships freely in one place may be restricted in another.

It is the purchaser's responsibility to verify the rules that apply where they are, before ordering. We do not ship where we believe a shipment would not be lawful.

7. Documentation, not claims

Each lot is released against a published, lot-specific certificate of analysis covering identity, potency, purity, endotoxin, sterility, total yeast and mould, heavy metals and pH. Our statements about quality refer to those measured results and stated specifications, and nothing more.

Where a figure appears on this site, it is a release specification or a measured lot result you can check yourself against the certificate for the lot number on your vial.
