Dispatch & cut-off times

Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST, Monday–Friday generally dispatch the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off, or over the weekend, dispatch the next business day.

Carrier cut-off times vary and can occasionally affect dispatch and delivery estimates — your dispatch email is the confirmation that the parcel has actually left.

Free 2-Day shipping is applied automatically at checkout on orders over $200 (or with a valid free-shipping coupon). Transit times are carrier estimates counted from the day of dispatch, not guarantees — remote and rural ZIP codes may add a day.

Where we ship

We ship within the United States only, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not export research chemicals, and we cannot ship to international addresses, freight forwarders or mail-forwarding services.

We deliver to business, institutional and residential addresses — institutional buyers should note that a business address speeds up account verification. We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes, because the carrier requires a physical street address for signature.

Cold chain & packaging

Vials travel in a moulded tray inside an insulated shipper. Frozen gel packs are available as an optional add-on at checkout for shipments where additional temperature control is preferred. The shipper and cold packs are designed to hold temperature during transit — not for long-term storage — so move material to the appropriate storage conditions as soon as it arrives.

A thawed gel pack on arrival is normal. Lyophilised peptide is comparatively robust in transit — a gel pack that has warmed by the time it reaches you does not on its own indicate a problem with the material.

Outer packaging is plain and unbranded. The commercial invoice describes the contents as laboratory research chemicals, which is what they are.

Tracking your order

1. Order confirmation — sent immediately. This acknowledges receipt of your order, not dispatch.
2. Dispatch email — sent when the shipping label is scanned, with your tracking number.
3. Track in transit — follow the link in the email, or check the order history in your account.

If tracking has not updated within one business day of dispatch, contact us and we will open a trace with the carrier.

If something is wrong on arrival

Photograph the shipper and the vial before doing anything else. Then email support@purexbio.shop within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and the photographs.

Damage in transit, a broken seal, a missing certificate, or a lot that is out of specification is replaced or refunded — full detail is on the Refunds & Returns page.

If a parcel is marked delivered but you cannot find it, check with your receiving or mail room first — most institutional deliveries are signed for centrally. If it is genuinely missing, tell us and we will file a carrier claim.

Sales tax

Applicable state sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Tax-exempt institutions can register an exemption certificate when applying for an institutional account, and future orders will be processed without tax.
